• The Happy Belly Baker operates under Ohio's Cottage Food Laws in a private home kitchen that is not subject to inspection.

• All products are baked in a private home kitchen that uses ingredients known to be major food allergens (milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, fish, and shellfish). While we do our best to accommodate for those with these allergens, please know cross-contamination is possible. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

• Delivery is available at .50 cents per mile, round trip, from my home to delivery address. Subject to my approval.

• Orders should be placed at least 2 WEEKS in advance for optimal availability. Full payment is due 2 weeks in advance to secure pickup date.

• Cancellations MUST be submitted via email NO LATER than 1 WEEK prior to the scheduled date of pick up/delivery for full refund. Any cancellations made within 1 WEEK of pick up date will not receive a refund. If you need to change anything about your order, please notify me via email NO LATER than 5 days prior to scheduled date of pickup/delivery.
